The University of Delaware will host officials from the U.S. Department of Energy’s national laboratories at this event designed for University faculty, staff and students, local industry and government representatives. Learn about DOE’s world-class research facilities, how to work with them and opportunities for collaboration. Break-out sessions and panel discussions will be held on lightweight composites manufacturing, clean energy generation, storage and the grid, and cybersecurity. Highlighting the event will be a “fireside chat” with U. S. Energy Secretary Ernest J. Moniz and Delaware’s junior Senator Chris Coons. A networking reception also follow.
