| Physical Distancing and Density Requirements | Visitors and UD personnel will follow University policy on ppe and physical distancing. Daily covid health screening will be used. |
| Visitor Access Request | This request is for a “visitor” to an on-site campus research facility. Justification: Sponsors from the US Army are visiting in order to complete a research program. Visit dates include 19-21 JAN 2021. On 19 JAN, the guests will visit the Center for Composite Materials, on 20 JAN, the guests will visit the AM facility in Pearson Hall, and on 21 JAN, the guests will visit 7 McMillan Way. The current progam focus is on additive manufacturing of army ground vehicle components. The guests will share design and processing best practices and together, the guests and I will print test components. Four guests will be visiting: (1)Joe Kott, US Army Ground Vehicle Systems Center Branch Chief, Additive Manufacturing; (2) Aaron LaLonde, US Army Ground Vehicle Systems Center Program Manager; (3) Martin McDonnel, US Army Ground Vehicle Systems Center Branch Chief, Weld Engineering; (4) Ed Flinn, US Army Advanced Manufacturing Center of Excellence Director. |
