| Physical Distancing and Density Requirements | I will make sure that everyone from the vendor’s side knows they needs to take the Covid quiz via our website, pass the daily health screenings, and follow all Covid and safety related protocols including wearing masks, keeping 6ft distance from each other, and to wash hand frequently. |
| Visitor Access Request | This request is for a “visitor” to an on-site campus research facility. Justification: We have several lab equipment upgrades we bought from Instron Pre-Covid that have yet to be installed. Need to have this lab equipment upgraded so vendor will have to come in to perform those upgrades. They asked if coming in sometime next week would be OK. The vendor visiting will be Instron. |
