| Teaching Lab/Studio Access | This request includes Teaching Lab/Studio Access to prepare for fall 2020 classes. Center staff members and affiliate faculty need to access technology and documents stored in laboratory space for the Center for Experimental & Applied Economics (CEAE) located in 025 Townsend Hall. The CEAE laboratory space includes a large room that accommodate 20 works stations (O25A, ### sq ft), a small room space for 6 works stations referred to as 025B (### sq ft), one enclosed office with refrigerator (### sq ft), one semi-open office that connects to the large 025A Center ((### sq ft), and a storage space (057A, ### Sq ft.). New, $40,000 eye-tracking technology that was purchased in December 2020 needs set up and maintenance and will be house in 025B Townsend. This must be done in Townsend 025. Delivery of TOBII eye-tracking hardware and software is expected end of January 2021 and set up and training needs to be complete for the end of February 2021, to meet the goals of the Project WiCCED, a $23 million National Science Foundation EPSCoR Track-1 grant and to facilitate the teach of APEC820, which is a in-person graduate level course on Experimental Economics that will be taught by Dr. Kent Messer in the Spring of 2021. |
| Physical Distancing and Density Requirements | Only one person will be in the lab at 025 Townsend Hall at a time. We will use half day shifts to organize the schedule of use. For example, the morning shift (AM) will be 8:00am-12:00pm and the afternoon shift (PM) will be 1:00pm-5:00pm, leaving an hour in between to make sure no one runs into each other. Individuals appointments will not overlap and thus everyone will remain 6ft apart. The schedule will be set ahead of time to avoid last minute changes. |
