| Limited Face-to-Face Human Subject Interaction | This research includes face-to-face human subject interaction. Currently, the Motor Neuroscience Lab is approved to conduct face-to-face human subjects research in Parkinson’s disease and older adults in the lab (STAR Tower #235) and at the Center for Biomedical and Brain Imaging). We would like to request permission to add a new member of the lab to the list of people who can access our lab and the imaging facility. His name is Jae Woo Chung and he is a new postdoc who will be working on grant-funded research. Dr. Chung took the mandatory Covid-19 awareness training and he received both doses of the Covid-19 at the University of Minnesota where he worked on Parkinson’s disease research. He will be involved in data collection during Phase 3 and has experience conducting research with high risk populations during the pandemic. All PPE protocols have been explained to him. |
| Physical Distancing and Density Requirements | We will continue to keep track of the density in the lab using our lab calendar and will have lab members rotate to minimize the number of people present in the lab. |
