| Physical Distancing and Density Requirements | During the duration of the tour, Francesca and I will remain no less than 6ft apart from each other and anyone we encounter. We will only enter research and classroom spaces that are empty. If spaces are occupied at maximum capacity for COVID requirements, we will view them from a distance.

| Visitor Access Request | This request is for a “visitor” to an on-site campus research facility. Justification: Francesca Casseus is a prospective Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) student from the state of Washington who will be in the area on March 22 visiting potential schools for graduate study. She is also contemplating application to the ADaPT Summer Scholars program this summer. At 2pm on March 22, my hope is to take her on a guided tour of physical therapy research spaces, the PT Clinic and teaching spaces at STAR HSC. I am also hoping to show her the simulation labs on the 4th floor of STAR Tower. Francesca and I will wear a face mask the entire time and wash our hands frequently. |
