| Physical Distancing and Density Requirements | The installation space in the Composites center manufacturing lab area will be cordoned off with no access provided to CCM personnel, except for vendor installers and one CCM person providing oversight. Masking and physical distancing will be maintained throughout the installation period. All vendor personnel will either provide proof of vaccination or recent (within last 2 weeks) negative COVID test prior to arrival. They will be asked to complete UD COVID training, as well as complete daily checklists prior to entry into the building for install work. |
| Visitor Access Request | This request is for a “visitor” to an on-site campus research facility. Justification: This is a request for access of vendor personnel that will be conducting replacement and install of the CCM autoclave. This has been on hold over 6 months due to COVID restrictions and are now scheduling it starting week of Apr 5th. The current 35 yr old autoclave will be removed and a new autoclave installed in same location/space. The new autoclave is required to meet contract deliverables of new research awards (ONR, NASA, upcoming AF award). |
