| Physical Distancing and Density Requirements | As Tom and I go through the labs with the cylinders, we will both be wearing required facemasks and maintaining the required 6ft of distance from each other. If we need to get back in tight areas to look at cylinders, we will take turns. |
| Visitor Access Request | This request is for a “visitor” to an on-site campus research facility. Justification: CCM needs to do an audit of our cylinders we rent from Keen. Our current invoice has not been updated in about 2 years and we just want to make sure we are paying rent for what we should and Tom Bruno, from Keen, also would like to be able to go around to do the audit with me as he also wants to make sure we are paying rent for what we should be and then generating a new invoice with the correct amount of cylinders and correct rental fees. With as much turnover as we always have with cylinders being ordered and returned the past couple of years, we are just trying to make sure we are paying the appropriate amount for the rental fees.
