| Physical Distancing and Density Requirements | The visit will have a duration of about 3 hours. The visitor and host will wear masks and maintain 6 ft of distance. Only one person will be in the DXA room at one time. All in attendance will complete the health screening before visiting campus. |

Justification: This request is for a technician to provide routine maintenance to the Dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) machine. We have previously been approved for this request 6 months ago.
