| Physical Distancing and Density Requirements | Not everyone will need access at the same time to the lab. However, these are the people that will need access to complete DoD tasks that we are being funded for with a strict deadline where the project must end by the end of this year as per DoD project guidelines. For entering into McKinly, we are complying with the guidelines outlined in UD Phase 3 to working on campus. Below are some the steps we will be performing going into Mckinly.
-Only people that have been approved by the University for reentry onto campus are allowed to go in. -Before leaving one’s home, the individual must check their temperature to see if they show any signs or symptoms of COVID-19, they must also fill out the line COVID check-list. -Before entering campus, the individual must wear a mask and keep it on at all times while on campus. -Each room has a one-person limit, which has been approved by the University for our workspace. -At the entrance of each room, the name of people allowed to go into that room will be listed. The team is aware of the space restriction and if the limit is reached, someone is requested to exit that room so someone else may enter temporarily to get items. If long-term is required, the individual has to wait or ask someone to leave so they may enter. In our weekly and almost daily meetings, we discuss who and when people will be going on campus to perform work. If there are any conflicts for space, we resolve them before entering campus property. -While on campus, a 6ft distance must be maintained from people at all times. |
