Physical Distancing and Density Requirements | A total of 6 people are expected to be at the Air-sea interaction lab during the daytime to conduct experiments in the large wind-wave flume. The laboratory is a large open space hangar that houses the wind-wave flume; the total footprint is ~9000sqft with a 20ft ceiling height. Distancing will not be an issue. There is hand sanitizer at the entrance of the building and throughout the working space. Mask will be worn at all times inside the building in accord with the current UD requirements. I note that all participants (UD and visitors from Princeton) have voluntarily disclosed that they are fully vaccinated (2 weeks past 2nd dose) as of May 01. |
Visitor Access Request | This request is for a “visitor” to an on-site campus research facility. Justification: This is a request to have 3 visitors at the Air-sea interaction lab for a month-long visit from May 15 to June 15. The visitors are colleagues from Princeton University. Baptiste A. Neel, Martin A. Erinin, and Daniel J. Ruth. We are working on a project together and the experiments are to take place at the Air-sea interaction lab (a unique facility for air-sea interaction research). The visitors have secured housing and will form a family unit for the duration of the experiment. In addition to the visitors, 3 UD employees will be there. Fabrice Veron (Professor), Kianoosh Yousefi (Post doc) and Robert Jaquette (Graduate student). |
