Budget Category Worksheet

Proposal budgets are itemized by budget categories. The categories map to accounts when the proposal is awarded. Use this budget category list to guide the proposal budget process.

Chemours Preliminary Proposal Template

The University of Delaware and Chemours Company, LLC, invite applications for research proposals to be carried out by UD principal investigators on topics of broad interest to Chemours. Projects should have the potential to advance the industries in which Chemours participates or to lead to new Chemours products. This pre-proposal word doc template must be filled out to participate in this funding opportunity. Interested applicants should email the project template to researchdev@udel.edu.

GUR Final Report Template

The University requires that a report on the project be submitted to the Research Office no later than 90 days after the end of the grant.

This form serves as a template for the Final Report on GUR and UDRF Grants. Completion of this form affects eligibility for future internally funded grants.

Internal Seed Grant Request for “Rebudgeting” or “No Cost Extension”

UD seed grant funds are available to support research, scholarship and creative activities through annual university-wide competitions. These are merit-based grants designed to help launch an idea leading to future external sponsorship of research in the area. Several of the seed grant mechanisms are administered by the Research Office on an annual basis but there are one-time opportunities as well.

This form is to be used to submit your “No Cost Extension,” “Rebudgeting,” or both to amend your terms of the grant.

This form is used when there is a need to adjust the previous budget in General University Research, UDRF, UDRF-SI, FRAUNHOFER CMB-UD related projects.

Limited Submission White Paper Template

Researchers who are interested in submitting an application to any of the limited submissions should first review the announcement carefully to ensure eligibility. All internal limited submission white papers must follow the template found here. Applications not adhering to this requirement will be returned without review. Please complete the following form when applying to University of Delaware’s internal limited submission programs.

Proposal Review Panel Interest Form

A variety of sponsoring agencies offer research, career, scholar or educational funding opportunities that limit the number of applications that can be submitted. An internal selection process has been established by the Research Development Office to assist with reviewing these opportunities and is always searching for new reviewers whose expertise is as close as possible to the content area. If you are interested in serving as a reviewer, please provide your name, college, department up to three areas of expertise to be added to our list of reviewers by filling out this form.
